Punta Arenas Center – Puerto Natales:
Three agencies operate buses from Punta Arenas to Puerto Natales and back. Tickets can be purchased directly from the respective agencies, or we can book the bus ticket for you. Journey time is approximately 3 hours.

Punta Arenas Airport – Puerto Natales:
The regular buses between Punta Arenas and Puerto Natales also pick up and drop off passengers at the airport. During the high season, you will need to book in advance, as the buses are typically full. Journey time is approximately 2:45 hrs.

Puerto Natales – Torres del Paine:
There are three bus agencies that take passengers into Torres del Paine National Park. During the high season, there are two daily departures, at 07:30 and 14:30 hours. The trip lasts from 2 ¼–4 hours, depending on where you drop off. Tickets can be purchased directly from the respective agencies, or we can book them for you. Please note that it is possible to sail across Lake Pehoe via catamaran, from Sector Pudeto to Lodge Paine Grande. During the high season, the catamaran crosses the lake three times per day, starting from Pudeto at 09:00, 12:00, and 18:00 hours. The catamaran reduces the frequency of its service during the low season. Tickets can only be purchased on the catamaran itself, so it is not necessary to book in advance. Journey time across the lake is approximately 30 minutes. You can use the catamaran service either to start or end the W Trek. The regular buses to and from Puerto Natales combine with the catamaran service.
